Our basic move in/move out cleaning includes all of the following services (all equipment and supplies are provided):

Kitchen:

Dusting from top to bottom

Wipe down the interior and exterior front of appliances (refrigerator, *oven*, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop)

Sink, sink fixtures and countertops cleaned and disinfected 

Wipe interior and exterior of cabinets 

Floors swept and mopped, corners vacuumed

Clean interior windows and windowsills 

Dust/wipe down light fixtures/switches

 

Bathrooms: 

Dusting from top to bottom

Toilets fully cleaned and disinfected 

Bathtubs/showers, shower doors and wall tile thoroughly cleaned and disinfected (with soap scum and mildew removal treatment)

Clean mirrors and any windows/sills

All counters, sinks and faucets cleaned, sanitized and disinfected

Wipe/disinfect interior and clean/polish exterior of all cabinets 

Floors mopped and disinfected corners vacuumed

Dust/wipe down light fixtures/switches

 

All Bedrooms and Common Areas:

Thorough dusting from top to bottom- all ceiling fans, walls, corners, blinds and baseboards

Dust in laundry area and wipe exterior of washer/dryer (if applicable)

Polish any applicable wood work and/or furniture 

Clean all glass & mirrors

Clean all interior windows and windowsills

Wipe down light switches and outlets

Dust all light fixtures/switches/smoke alarms/AC vents 

Sweep/mop/polish and disinfect all hard surfaced floors

Vacuum all rugs and carpeted areas

***We offer baseboard washing for an additional fee. Dusting baseboards is included in our standard service.*** 

 

KD's Cleaning Service does not remove or haul away any items and will not address any areas where personal items are left behind. Please remember to remove all personal items from closets, cabinets and drawers!
